That sounds pretty rational and logical since there are a lot of games that don't run even on Windows 10, they should allow us to use the Steam client on XP even if that means a security issue, some old games don't like 64-bit OS's. Thanks for the heads-up!

There are already is a means to get the stuff that runs on the system you can run it on. The caveat you have here is that you can't play the updates as they are meant to be played, because that would be a huge impossibility. Games have to be updated ultimately anyway. There are already so many dead games as well because of that.

And I don't see any grounds for Steam or any other platform to be sued here. Every company, even down to the ones that make the OS themselves, end up absolving themselves of liability and stop supporting systems as soon as they stopped supporting them. WIndows 10 is gonna be dead by the end of this year.

Are those skins tied to the period of the game being free to keep or are they permanetly free?
